The session kicks off with an invigorating cold bath, followed by a series of active and robust breathing exercises meticulously crafted to enhance testosterone levels, boost strength, and elevate happiness. The day ends with a warm soundbath that will bring a sense of serenity and balance that complements the strength cultivated throughout the event.

What to bring: swim suit for the cold plunge (no boardshort), slippers and a towel
