In 2023, we are thrilled to expand our Food Lab and Biohacking Nutrition Programs.
Food is energy.
The energy we consume greatly impacts our physical, mental, and emotional health. Every person is unique in how her energy reacts to the energy of the plants she consumes. Thus, we encourage you to enrol in our Biohacking and Longevity Holistic Health program to analyse your current health and receive a tailored nutrition program for optimal performance.
In the meantime, we have prepared a few short programs to get you started. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have!
Nutrition Programs
Receive 7 days of meals (2 meals per day) available for pickup at Open Hearts or delivered to you (delivery fees apply). Meals are prepared in advance and include heating instructions (when necessary).
*Please note, we require 3 days notice prior to the start date of your detox program.
7 Day Detox Program
A plant-based meal plan designed to support detoxification of the liver, kidneys, and digestive system for cleansing, gut health and metabolism.
High quantities of vegetables are essential in a detox plan, as they will ensure that there's plenty of fibre, vitamin C and E, magnesium, zinc in your diet.

By identifying and eliminating potential food sensitivities and incorporating foods that support gut health, such as fermented foods and high-fiber plant-based sources.

Incorporating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based proteins can provide a range of essential vitamins and minerals that promote healthy skin, nails, and hair growth.

Reducing inflammation in the body through a meal plan that includes anti-inflammatory plant-based sources, such as turmeric, ginger, and leafy greens.

Focus on supporting hormonal health through a plant-based meal plan that includes foods rich in nutrients that support healthy hormone function, such as omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, and vitamin D.

Support the immune system through foods rich in vitamins and minerals that support immune function, such as citrus fruits, leafy greens, and cruciferous vegetables.
